The service

Raviva One Cloud is a subscription software service provided by Raviva Infotech Private Limited. These terms apply to every company that registers and to its users.

Accounts

The registering company is responsible for its users, for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under its Company Code.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Taxes are charged as applicable.

A free trial, where offered, ends automatically; continued access requires a paid subscription.

If a renewal payment is not received, access may move to a grace period and then be suspended until payment is made.

Your data

Your company owns the business data it enters. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, interfere with its security, or use it unlawfully.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and may update features over time. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.
