Raviva One Cloud is a software service provided by Raviva Infotech Private Limited ("we", "us").

Account information you provide at registration: company details, administrator name, email, phone and tax registration number.

Business data your company enters into the service, such as customers, products, assets, transactions and service records. Your company controls this data; we process it to provide the service.

Technical information such as sign-in history, IP address and device information used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

To provide, secure and support the service; to process subscription payments; to send service notifications; and to comply with law.

Data separation and security

Each company's data is logically separated and access is restricted by company, role and permission. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and backed up regularly.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

Retention and your rights

We retain data while your subscription is active and for a period afterwards as required for legal, tax and backup purposes. Contact us to access, correct or export your information.
