Warranty, free service and AMC: three different promises
Mixing them up costs money. Here is how Raviva One Cloud keeps them apart.
A warranty is a promise to repair or replace when something fails. It can differ by component — a compressor may be covered for years while other parts are covered for one year — and it starts on a defined date such as the invoice, delivery or installation date.
Free service is a promise of scheduled visits, regardless of failure. It is counted: when a free-service visit is completed and approved, one entitlement is consumed. Cancelled or rejected visits never consume an entitlement.
An AMC is a separate paid contract that can cover assets you sold or assets from other suppliers. It defines what is covered, how often preventive maintenance happens and the service levels you commit to.
Raviva One Cloud stores each separately and checks all three before a paid service is charged, so customers are never billed for something they are entitled to — and you never give away what they are not.
